烏山通り沿い、甲州街道そばです。
平日の13:30分頃、満席です。「14時までだけど大丈夫？」と確認され、少し待ってカウンターに着席です。
パスタを茹でる鍋がキッチンにあり、洋風のラーメン屋と懐かしい喫茶店を合わせたような感じのお店です。

めんたいこう に しめじベーコン？
最初はうにが全く目につきませんでした。
キッチンは丸見えで（オープンキッチン^^*）ちょっと拝見。
大きな鍋にスパゲッティを投入。10分くらい茹で、大きなボールでめんたいこうにソースと混ぜ合わせます。木の皿（懐かしい気がする）に盛り付けて、ベーコンとしめじをトッピング、刻み海苔をかけて完成です！
和風スパゲッティです。もちもちの懐かしい感じの麺にめんたいこがよく絡まっています。甘めではありますがめんたいこのプチプチした食感もよく美味しいスパゲッティです。
〆はアイスコーヒーで。。。
