最近アジフライ推しのお店がじわじわ増えてます。本日は代々木上原で懇親会のご要望。早速「アジフライ」で検索した所、此方がヒット。予約して訪問しました。
まずは生で乾杯。アジフライを一人二枚注文。一枚380円ですから良いお値段です。魚に自信ありとの事で刺身盛り合わせも。
アジフライは藻塩か醤油。ふっくらサクサクアジフライ。脂の乗りは今の時期だからいまいちかな。後から店長に産地聞くと鳥取だけど最近小さいとの事。アジフライは意外に難しい。
刺身は大間の赤身やしめ鯖など丁寧な仕事ですが、少々一切れが小さいかな。
赤ワインもあったりしますし、奥の座敷は個室では無いですが、個室風に使えそうでした。
