We are particular about the materials used. The seasonal vegetables lined up in front of the counter are purchased directly from the farm from all over the country. Since our course meals always include Kyoto cuisine, we use many vegetables from Kyoto. In addition, we purchase fresh fish directly from Kochi Prefecture and serve it to you. Our most recommended ``Chicken Confit'' is our signature dish, made with chicken carefully cooked at low temperatures.
