This is a shop that was introduced to me by a teacher at an agricultural university. Apparently it's run by alumni, and they brought us here because they thought the fermented foods and sake were delicious. A rowhouse in front of Setagaya station?! It's small and has a great atmosphere. There are also seats on the second floor, and there are 6 people in tatami seats. The owner seems to be managing the restaurant by himself, and orders are placed from the second floor using something like a walkie-talkie (lol). The food seems to come out quite late, which is a bit of a problem...but it's unique. Everything on the menu was recommended and everything was delicious. Let's wait patiently (lol) They seem to have a variety of Japanese sake other than what's on the menu... If you ask, ``Do you have this kind of alcohol?'' or ``I like this!'', the owner will serve it to you. It's small and run by the owner alone, so it's not a good place to go hungry and have fun, but people who like alcohol and a little bit of fermentation can spend a relaxing time talking with the owner on the first floor. I felt like it was the best.
