中野と言えばなツイテルなんだけど、ちゃんとした料理が適正価格でカジュアルに楽しめるってのが良く、人気店なのがわかる。
バーニャカウダは野菜新鮮で、味噌風味なつけダレうまし！

肉はイチボ・肩ロース・ランプにラムやタンなどとりあえずオススメ6種くらい食べたけど、熟成肉うめぇ…
専門特化とはこうゆう事で、脂じゃない赤身の旨みを存分に堪能できます。
