昼に利用
新井薬師前のフレンチ。ローカルなエリアで初めて降り立ちました。
横長の店内でカウンターもあり。
昼は1000円台のランチから事前予約で夜のコースも可能。
普通に昼ランチ食べるつもりでしたが夜コースも案内され真ん中の5500円のコースを頂きました。
内容は以下
・アミューズ ワカサギのエスカベッシュ
・前菜 フォアグラのポワレとリゾット
・スープ カボチャのポタージュ
・魚 鱸のポワレ ブールブランソース
・メイン 蝦夷鹿のポワレ
・デセール 盛り合わせ
となります。
こういうわりとビストロっぽい料理ながらミクニさんなどにいた事もありキュイソンの精度も高く技術力が高いと思います。鹿はもう少し塩が強い方が好みでしたが香りが良くてとても美味かった。
場所柄かオーソドックスな料理が多いかとは思いますが、ピジョンラミエなどのジビエもやられるようで地元の方のみならず遠方からわざわざ行く価値のあるお店であると思います。
ワインはグラスで700円台から950円くらいまで。しかもハーフポーションもありあまり飲めない方でも安心。
常駐してないかもしれませんがサービスの女の子も非常に優秀でした。メインに赤を合わせる時に前もって選択させて温度戻したり、とてもこのエリア、環境のお店とは思えないほど質の高いサービス。
