I had been interested in this place for a while because it served aged meat, so I went there on a Saturday around 5pm, hoping it was open. It is located on the 1st floor of Central Park South, about 5 minutes from Nakano Station. I was glad to be shown around since the counter seats were available. After this, it seemed like a group was coming, so the larger tables were set up for reservations, and the other tables were almost full. When she brought me the menu, she informed me that Meat Dishes are grilled carefully before being served, and that it would take some time. I ordered baguette] [red grape juice]. Beef jerky and red grape juice were brought in first. It was skirt steak jerky, and it was very soft and delicious. The grape juice was made using grapes used for making wine, and it was very rich, fruity, and had a wine-like depth, and was very delicious. The oven-roasted salt pork and baguette were ready in about 30 minutes. Salt pork is very tender, and when you bite into it, the flavor of the meat spreads out. Even without adding anything, the saltiness was just right and it was very delicious. The fried vegetables, sweet potato and lotus root, went well with the basil sauce and were especially delicious. It was empty that day, and the meat was cooked in about 30 minutes, but when it's busy, it might take more than 40 minutes, so I recommend going there to relax and enjoy the time. The staff are kind and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere where you can enjoy a relaxing meal while looking out at the park, so I would like to visit again. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
