中野に2019年オープンした「roji spice & ____.（ロジスパイス＆アンダーバー）」。
昼はスパイスカレー、夜はスパイス料理＆ナチュールワインのお店です。
場所は中野駅南口から徒歩2分ほど、マルイ裏手のかなり細い路地。
路地に飲食店が立ち並ぶエリアでもかなり見つけにくく、神社と中華料理店の間路地になります。
ランチメニューはカレー1種～3種盛りにチーズクルチャ、アチャールなど。
カレーは以下の5種類でした。
・バターチキンカレー
・ポークビンダル
・海老ラッサム
・ほうれん草と牛蒡のサンバル
・鶏キーマ
古民家を改築したらしく、店内はとてもオシャレ。
看板も小さくてまさに隠れ家で、女性の一人客もいらっしゃいました。
「カレー1種 ポークビンダル」1000円
ポークビンダルは別皿に盛りつけ。
ライス皿にはダル（豆カレー）、パパド、4種の副菜が盛られ賑やかです。
ポークビンダルはサラッとしてほど良い辛さと酸味。
シャープな味ではありますが、辛さが後を引かず美味しいです。
ゴロリと入った豚の塊はトロントロンに柔らかくグッド。
肉はトロトロでもカレー自体が重くないのも良いです。
また、ダルにはモルディブ・フィッシュ入り。
鰹節の様な乾物で、これがまたいい味を出しています。
キャロットのココナッツ和えや、キャベツの炒め物んまど副菜も丁寧な仕事。
見た目のオシャレさだけでなく、どれもこれも美味しいです。
レシピも全て日本の方が作っているそうで、日本らしい繊細さも感じるスパイスカレー。
同じく中野の「レインボウスパイス」同様カフェの様にオシャレですが、とても美味しいスパイスカレーでした。
