Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is made with domestically-produced chicken that is pulled in the morning, skewered in-house, and slowly cooked over charcoal.Each part of the yakitori is grilled differently. A popular dish using the famous gamecock is the grilled liver seasoned with sesame oil and salt. Because it's fresh, there's no odor, so it's safe even for people who don't like liver. We also have grilled thighs, toriwasa, and yukhoe. Also, the beef tendon stew, which has been continued since the company's founding, goes perfectly with alcohol! We also recommend the two-piece sashimi platter, which changes depending on what is purchased from Toyosu.

We are proud of our homey atmosphere, where even first-time customers can quickly get to know each other. It's not uncommon to see elderly people who come to the restaurant drinking alone treat younger customers because they can't finish the food they ordered.
