I discovered restaurant by chance while searching for a store on Instagram and thought I'd like to try it. I visited for the first time because I heard that they serve lunch from Tuesday to Thursday. For lunch, there is a regular menu + daily lunch specials, and this time I ordered the "Salmon Halas Set Meal". Rather than serving them pre-baked, each piece is carefully baked one by one each time an order is placed, resulting in an excellent finished product. The cooking method is exquisite, so it's plump and tender. Although the meat is oily, it is not heavy and is exquisite. This food goes well! Personally, I was also happy that it came with sashimi. It comes with sashimi that is prepared according to what is available that day, and being able to eat both grilled fish and sashimi is extremely cost-effective. The miso soup also contains fish and has plenty of fish flavor. I visited the store right after it opened, and many customers were already there and it was full. With this volume, this cost performance, and this quality, I'm satisfied.
