We have over 30 types of sake, ranging from sweet to dry. Part of the fun is changing the sake to match the appetizers, such as meat, fish, or Vegetable Dishes. The owner, who loves Japanese sake, will listen to your preferences and make suggestions, so please feel free to ask. For those who want to enjoy a variety of different types, there are three sizes of sake to choose from: Sankei (54ml), Gokei (90ml), and Ichigo (180ml).

The ``Soon Deru'' menu includes standard dishes such as Japanese yam pickled in wasabi and plum crystals, as well as slightly different dishes such as Iburigakko potato salad and a pretty good grilled mentaiko. While snacking on the ready-made side dishes, enjoy Totoono's sashimi platter from the ``usual'' menu, a specialty! Be sure to order our signature dishes such as fried raw horse mackerel and grilled shellfish with miso crab meat. The sashimi changes daily, and there are about 7 types of sashimi on the plate. The raw fried horse mackerel is rare and fluffy on the inside, and has a crispy coating, making it a masterpiece that we confidently recommend!
DrinkWe are also particular about shochu and domestic whisky! Yamazaki, Hakushu, Hibiki etc.
We always have 7 to 8 types of shochu available, focusing on those with trendy scents. You can enjoy its aromatic and mellow taste either as is or mixed with hot water. We also have a wide selection of domestic whiskeys, including Yamazaki, Hakushu, Hibiki, and Ichiro's Malt, which have become rare due to their popularity. We are particular about making wine domestically, and we have ordered valuable wine from a winery in Nagano that also produces sake. Enjoy your favorite cup.

The interior of the restaurant is a quiet and relaxing space that retains the atmosphere of a former Sushi restaurant.
