At our restaurant, you can enjoy authentic unaju at a reasonable price. We use high-quality Nihon eel, which is the same type of eel that is grown in Japan in strict conditions overseas. The eel we purchase after clearing difficult import standards is characterized by its thick and fluffy texture. Another appeal is that the food is steamed and grilled in-house, so you can enjoy the deliciousness of freshly made food. In addition, we offer a selection of carefully selected creative Japanese-style meal, so please enjoy them to your heart's content.

At our restaurant, we use "Amon's sauce," which was created under the supervision of Japanese and Western Cuisine cuisine experts and is based on soy sauce purchased from a long-established store founded in the Meiji era. The slightly sweet seasoning goes perfectly with the eel. The rice used for the rice is neonicotinoid-free Koshihikari rice from Matsumoto, Shinshu, which is polished for each order. The combination of rice, which features large grains, and sauce further enhances the charm of our signature eel jus.
