More than 10 minutes walk south from JR Asagaya Station. 5 minutes walk from Minami Asagaya Station on the Marunouchi Subway Line. It is located on a quiet Suzuran Street a little far from the station. We offer a variety of home-cooked dishes using charcoal-grilled chicken carefully grilled over Bincho charcoal and seasonal vegetables, which change daily and monthly. 南阿佐ヶ谷駅から徒歩5分ほど。
すずらん通りにある焼き鳥のお店、鶏丸さんに今回訪問しました。
外観は、ガラス張りになっていてウッド調のテーブルが並んでおり雰囲気がとても良いです。
客層は割と年齢層高めで40〜50代が多い印象です。長年地場で営業していて常連客が多いのかなと思いました。
今回注文したのは上記の通り。
特に印象的なものをレビューします。

塩加減ならびに火加減が抜群。
プリプリした身は程よく脂もあり口の中に広がる旨味が最高潮。サイズは小さめだが十分に満足できる一本です。
> レバーのゴマ油葱塩焼き
レバー大好き人間として及第点。
肝臭さも丁寧な仕込みにより無くなっていますし、葱との相性バッチリ。個人的にレバーは、
①臭みが取れてるか
②焼きすぎて固くなってないか
③噛み具合でもそっと感がないか
ここらへんを重視しています。③は正直鶏の質によると思うのですが、鶏丸さんはまあまあ。ただこの一品は食べて損ないと思うので是非食べてみてください。
