... Edomae sushi made with delicious seasonal fish, as well as a wide variety of seasonal menus and a la carte dishes. We also offer cold beer to quench your thirst, a variety of Japanese sakes, and shochu. We serve live sushi of turban shells, abalone, kuruma prawns, and whelks. Our chefs prepare the fish we purchased today in our Edomae style, and then serve it with vinegared rice. This is Edomae sushi. We also boast simmered crab, kinki, and clams. Please come and enjoy our restaurant for business entertainment, meals with colleagues, special moments with relatives (memorial services, longevity celebrations, children's growth celebrations, etc.), and family get-togethers.
