阿佐ヶ谷の年に一度の大イベント、パールセンターの七夕祭りに行った日のこと。
晩ごはんはそこいらの居酒屋さんで・・・と、「宇和島漁港直送」の文字に負けちゃいました(笑)
商店街を一往復して七夕見物してるから、もちろん「とりあえずビール」でスタートです。
お通しは山芋を細かく千切りにしたものでした。
メニューをぱらぱらっとめくると、ほんとに宇和島直送の海鮮いろいろが充実してました。
へぇ、珍しい！亀の手がある～♪もちろんオーダーしました♪
宇和島あたりでは「せい」と呼ぶそうです。シンプルに塩ゆでで。480円
店員さんが丁寧に食べ方教えてくれました。
きびなごの天ぷらもからっと揚がってていい感じ。580円
いろいろ鮮魚の漬け 480円
ヨコカマ塩焼き。680円
このヨコっていうのはマグロの幼魚のことだそうです
壁に説明が貼ってあって、とーっても気になった鯛めし、もちろんオーダーしましたよ～。780円
登場したのが、お刺身状の鯛、ごはん、だしに入った生たまご。
・・・たまごぉ！？
だしに卵をといて、鯛を漬けまして・・・ごはんに並べて、いただきます～♪
そこそこ食べた後、最後にはだしたまごをがーっとかけて、わーっと混ぜていただくそうです。
漁師メシです～♪♪
ビールの後はホッピーだの焼酎だの呑んで、6770円でした～(^_-)-☆
