In spring, there are bamboo shoots, cherry shrimp, cherry trout, smelt, and firefly squid. In summer, serve tomatoes and corn with miso, mayonnaise, and salt. In autumn, mushrooms such as matsutake become more delicious, and in winter, deep-fried pufferfish, nabe, and tessa become the main ingredients. Please enjoy seasonal ingredients that show the chef's passion. In addition, 5 or 3 types of sashimi platters are a good deal, and the standard lean tuna and bonito are complemented by Aichi's kelp seaweed sole and Hokkaido's water octopus.

"Gindara Saikyoyaki" is a huge cod that is cut whole, left to soak in fat for two days, soaked in red miso and sake, and grilled, as well as "Special Wagyu beef" that is lightly seared and seasoned with sesame oil and salt. Other popular items include ``Seared Liver'', ``Thick Sliced Cow tongue Grill'', ``Iburigakko Cheese Cream'', and ``Herring Herring'', also known as parent and child herring. We also have an affiliated Stand-up Soba restaurant, so we also offer authentic "raw soba".

Sake sets are popular. We have over 12 types of sake tasting sets starting from 900 yen. The combinations are coveted by fans, such as the ``Manager's Recommended Set'' by Nabeshima, Fudo, and Saku, and the ``Premier Set'' by Juyondai, Hiroki, Shinsei, Densake, and Jikon. For sashimi, try the "spicy set" of Shirobakuren, Kuroryu, and Hidakami, which will not spoil the light flavor! A sake master is always on hand, so you can request your favorite tipple or a drink that goes well with your food.
