荻窪周辺でお好み焼きを食べようと言うことになりまして、
北口すぐのこちらのお店に伺いました。
場所は線路沿いの雑居ビルの2階ですが、入り口が路地に面しているので、
ちょっとわかりづらいところがあります。
店内はさすがにくたびれてきていますが、努めて綺麗にされている感じです。
お店中央の普通のテーブルの上に何本も焼酎の瓶がおかれています。
品揃えは悪くはないですが、これと言った目玉もありません。
お好み焼きのスーパーデラックスともんじゃ焼きの明太子チーズを注文。
もんじゃは自分たちで焼いて、その間にお好み焼きは焼いてもらいました。
もんじゃは出汁がよく効いていて，明太子が一本入っているので、すごくよかったです。
他の方のレビューにありましたが、スプーンに穴があいているので，具だけを取れて、
土手がつくりやすかったです。
焼いてもらったお好み焼きは具に豚、タコ、イカ、エビ、貝柱が入っていて何とも複雑な味わい。
厚くフワフワに焼かれていてとても美味しかったです。
お客さんが少なかったこともあるのでしょうが、まめに火加減を調節してくれてとても感じが良かったです。
