Our restaurant offers authentic Edomae sushi starting from 100 yen. We purchase directly from Hokkaido, the Shimokita Peninsula in Aomori Prefecture, Hagi in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and the Goto Islands in Nagasaki. Enjoy local fish caught in the morning and delivered directly to you, as well as wild local fish carefully selected from the market. We use red vinegar for the rice vinegar and rice produced by contracted farmers. Please feel free to enjoy fresh toppings with standing sushi. Please note that the number may be limited due to the influence of climate etc.
