If you don't usually drink much sake, or if there are so many varieties that you don't know what to drink, let us help you choose sake. You can even tell us in general terms what you want, such as refreshing, easy to drink, or fruity aroma. We serve small amounts of 90cc per glass, so try different types and find the sake that suits you!
Food Lunch is a one-off, sea bream hitsumabushi! 12 meals per day (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only)
Sea bream sashimi is seared on the surface, giving it the same texture as sashimi, but with a fragrant surface. For the first cup, dip the yolk in soy sauce. For the second cup, mix in your favorite seasonings. The third bowl is Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）with a special sea bream soup made from boiled sea bream bones. Available only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. please. *Since there are only 12 meals available per day, they may sell out early.
Food Sashimi where you can enjoy fresh fish delivered directly from Toyosu and “Gin-no-ryu〆fish” at the same time.
Fresh fish is delivered directly from Toyosu. ``Gin-no-ryu〆fish'' allows you to enjoy a new taste that is different from ordinary sashimi. An assortment of both is available for 800 yen for 4 types or 1200 yen for 6 types.
