洗練された街（だと私は思ってる）吉祥寺にもこんな一角があるのか、と思うような歓楽街のど真ん中にあるベトナム料理店。ナイト系のお店の客引きが立っている路地を家族連れで通るのは抵抗あるが、見るからに本場感あるお店でした。
客層はほぼ日本人だけど、従業員は全てベトナム本国人のようだった。
如何にも吉祥寺らしいハイソな食客を意識したのか、今まで味わってきたローカル感溢れる池袋や蒲田のベトナム料理店では見たことのない料理がメニューに載っていました。
その一つ、ベトナム風タコ焼きは全然タコ焼きじゃないけど美味かった。
タコではなく、エビが乗っていたのだが、きっとタコ焼き用の焼き台で作られたと思しき小さく丸いパンケーキが『たこ焼き』とされていた。
これをニョクマムベースのオリジナルソースで戴くのが流儀のようだった。
この発想は今までどのお店でも触れたことなかった。
ベトナム風お好み焼きにも余り『お好み焼き感』を感じなかったが、王道ベトナム料理といったオーソドックスな一品。
広島風お好み焼きの麺が入ってないバージョン、というか、薄焼きオムレツで包まれた肉野菜炒めと表現した方が良いかも。
ドリンク類も豊富で、次回はフォーも試してみたい気がした。
