前回は予約いっぱいで撃沈。
今回は直前にお電話して空いてるとのことだったので、リベンジに伺いました。
13時過ぎで団体さん1組のみ。割と落ち着いていそうで、ラッキーです。
ランチコース2種類とランチメニュー3種。
海鮮が食べたかったのですがコースはちょいっと重いなぁと思い、ランチメニューから伊万里牛陶板焼きを選びました。
▶︎ あら煮とサラダ
お魚がここで来るとは！とちょっと喜ぶ私。
色んなお魚を煮ているようで、どれが当たるか分からないとのこと。私はカレイでした。
冷えた状態で出てきたのはちょっと残念ですが、味はしっかり染みてて美味しかった。
サラダのドレッシングは和風で、チョップドされていたのは好みでした。
▶︎ 伊万里牛陶板焼き
お肉は切って出すだけと思いきや、前菜が提供されてからカウントして、意外と15分ほどは掛かったかな。
着火後30秒待ってお肉を焼き始め、お肉の脂で野菜を焼く。
お肉は脂がかなり乗っており、量としては少量ながら満足感はしっかり。タレもわさび・塩・おろしだれ・柚子胡椒・一味と豊富で最初の方は塩とわさびで、後半は脂をかき消す目的でたれでいただきました。
お野菜は長芋、トマト、オクラ、エリンギ、なす、ズッキーニ、れんこんと色んな種類楽しめます。
ちなみに、脂は相当跳ねるのでナプキンは洋服にかけた方が良きです。
▶︎ライス、お味噌汁、お漬物、デザート
ライスはおかわり自由。
ふわふわでおいしかったです。
お味噌汁はおそらく蟹味噌が入っていて、濃厚。
これは思わずにやり。
お漬物はトマト、ズッキーニ、玉ねぎ、にんじんと変り種が面白かった。
デザートは、黒蜜と豆乳のプリン。
滑らかでつるんもおいしくいただきました、
温かい緑茶との組み合わせは最強ですね。
念願叶っての訪問でしたが、一つ一つに創意が感じられてよかったものの、CPやメニューラインナップを考えるとランチの再訪はないかも。
ディナーで再チャレンジしてみたいですね。
