前菜は牡蠣のマリナーラ、黄金トマトで米茄子のカポナータ、白魚のフリット 柚子タルタルの3種をチョイスしました。3プレートで1,380円と格安だったのであまり期待していなかったけど、其々が非常に手の込んだもので、いずれも美味しく頂きました‼︎
【牛バラ肉の白ワイン煮】○
牛バラ肉と林檎をシナモンで香りづけして、白ワインで煮込んだもの。全体的に油のコッテリ感が強く、あまり好みではありませんでした。
