メニューにイチオシと書いてある通り、これはうまいい
口の中でとろけるトロットロのあん肝。またハリハリ醤油(食べるラー油)が旨味を最高に引き立ててます。
これは、いきなり日本酒飲む勢いです
・北海・イクラ刺し
極上・特A上物だそうです。
とてもうつくしいイクラ
ぷりっとしててプチッとしてて 歯ごたえとやわらかさのバランスが最高です。
最初からあん肝にイクラ、ちょっとおいしすぎて飛ばし過ぎ感があります
・ お刺身階段盛り
マダイ、トロサーモン、本マグロ赤身、カツオタタキ、カンパチ
これ、ホントに500円でお店やってけるのか不安になる凄さ
身が分厚くて、しっかりおいしい!!
・殻付き・牡蠣
北海道 西厚岸(ニシアッケシ)の牡蠣
有名な駅弁、氏家のかきめし弁当で使われている厚岸の牡蠣
お味が濃厚なプリッとした牡蠣
・大粒・牡蠣のバターソテー
メニューにはマネージャーさんの自信作と書いてあります

これめっちゃ旨い!!
ソテーされてるので、ちょっと小ぶりになった牡蠣
生もおいしいけど、バター焼きにすると旨味が倍増!! 香ばしさもちょっと加わって日本酒と合わせると超至福です。
牡蠣といえばカキフライ化と思ってたけど、バター焼きイイ
・海老のアヒージョ
たぶん、アヒージョだったと思う(メモ撮り忘れてた)
大振りの海老が熱々のスキレットに乗ってきます。

門外不出の数十種類のスパイスと薬膳で仕上げた究極のスープ。
辛さの中にも昆布だしベースの旨味!! 後引く病みつきの逸品
まず、ラム肉がどっさり!!
野菜の盛り合わせと合わせて、ボリュームが凄い!!
そして、辛いけどおいしい、おいしいけど辛いの連続
最後に中華麺を頂いて、もう最高過ぎです。
