いつものおまかせランチのウィルビウス。今日はオードブルに鱸のソテー、牛頰肉の赤ワイン煮、そしてデザートはクリームブリュレをチョイス、グラスシャンパンを入れて5390円でした。
自家製パンもお代わりして、実は魚料理も肉料理もガルニが充実しているので、結構なボリュームです。今日の肉料理には馬鈴薯一個分付いてました。
ボリューミーなのでお腹空かせて行くのがよいです。
ちなみにメインは牛頰肉の確率が高いです。
