We offer local sake from all over the country at affordable prices that only a directly managed liquor store can offer. We offer 40 to 50 types of sake that change daily, so you can discover a new drink every time you visit. It is also unique to our store that you can enjoy rare brands purchased from sake breweries. You can also enjoy the ``Today's Limited Sake'' where you can enjoy up to one glass of sake per person, which costs 10,000 yen per bottle. Don't miss out on the rare craft beer made at a sake brewery. We also recommend the unlimited all-you-can-drink option where you can enjoy local sake, authentic shochu, plum wine, and fruit wine.

The restaurant boasts dishes using pork directly shipped from the "Koisuru Pork Research Institute" in Chiba Prefecture. The "Koisuru Pork Dashi shabu shabu Negimare" has been popular since the restaurant opened, and is an excellent dish that allows you to enjoy the taste of high-quality meat and fat without any odor. We offer two sizes: a regular serving and a serving with double the meat. You can easily enjoy the specially ordered thinly sliced belly meat and three kinds of green onions with two kinds of sauce. We also recommend the "Koisuru Pork Fillet Cutlet," which is made from a rare part of the pig. Enjoy the crispy batter and tender pork flavor.
