Food Famous sashimi chicken
Our restaurant offers rare items such as fresh fish, free-range chicken sashimi, Jitokko white liver raw sashimi, and marbled horse sashimi. We also have an Instagram-worthy triple staircase platter (assorted fresh fish, assorted chicken sashimi, and marbled horse sashimi), but reservations are required! Please check with the store as fresh fish and seafood (raw Oyster) may not be in stock unless they are of good quality. Currently, we do not offer all-you-can-drink sake, but instead allow customers to enjoy the delicious sake. In particular, Saitama's Hanayoyoku is highly recommended by the owner, and there are regular customers who come for a drink when the product becomes available. This is Japanese sake that is hard to find. We offer Kyushu local sake along with Kyushu cuisine. We offer about 10 types of sake, including Saga's famous sake Nabeshima and seasonal limited edition sake.

Hakata Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is the owner's signature dish. The owner will make it until it is finished. Ramen at the end, the zosu sweet potato, is also the best. Hakata's specialty local chicken Hot Pot nabe is also wrapped in a rich soup. The delicious and spicy miso is also homemade, and a spicy hot pot is also available. The owner uses 15 years of experience to grill the best charcoal-grilled dishes! Fish Grilled skewer into small pieces. Delicious grilled fish grilled with a special soy sauce that has no fishy smell and is fragrant! Saikyo-yaki and shio-koji-yaki are marinated and grilled using the owner's homemade miso and salt-koji made in a rice cooker. We have seasonal fish such as sablefish, Daisen chicken, yellowtail and mackerel, and various other fish that change daily! The homemade meatballs take an hour to prepare, and our regular customers say, ``The meatballs are the best.''
You can enjoy the taste of famous restaurants, rare sake, shochu and other dishes without having to go to Tokyo at reasonable prices at Sakuradai.
We will be relocating to Nerima Station in July 2024! The restaurant name will be changed to Local Chicken and Fish Skewers, Seared Motsunabe Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). The menu will remain the same,
