とり貝がサクサク。美味しい季節です。赤貝はとても肉厚で歯応えがあり、お腹いっぱいでもつい頼んでしまいました。初鰹はさっぱり。戻り鰹とは違った美味しさ。茹でた車海老はさすが江戸前！全13貫堪能しました。
