この日は地元が誇る焼きそばの名店「あぺたいと」の新店でお昼ご飯を食べる事にしましたよ。
まぁ、新店と言ってもオープンしたのは去年（2022年）の12月なんですけどね。

先客が8名ほど居ました。
8年前くらいに食べて美味しかったのを覚えていて、たまたま近くに通ったので寄りました。

ご主人がかなりフレンドリーでしたー…さて、有名店で、一度は食べてみたかった焼きそばです。

店内はコンパクトな作りで、酒場というよりカフェのような雰囲気。

板橋では有名なあぺたいとの焼きそば。
高島平に食べに行ったのは15年くらい前か。。。
気合いを入れて大1,150円と生卵50円をチョイス。
まだ接客の方は慣れていなさそうです...
元々焼きそば好きな方の影響で
銀座店(現在閉店)に一緒に伺ったのが始まり。
その後、月島店・馬喰町店・赤羽店・高島平店と
色々な店舗にも何度も伺ってました！

すごく繁盛してました！席数で言うと20〜25ほどだと思いますが大変賑わっていました
そのほかにもお持ち帰り希望のお客さんも多くいらっしゃいましたね
