12月31日の年の瀬に昨年同様年越しでビストロカルロスを訪問しました。
ちょうど11時45分すぎだったので昨年もあったカウントダウンを店内で

待つこと数分 熱々の湯気が立ち込むステーキが登場
ポテト、もやし、ステーキの上にバターが載せられてます。
お肉は熱々のうちに一口サイズでわけてソースをつけていただきます。
じゅわっと肉の旨味が口の中に広がります。
締めステーキなどにも最適なお店
大衆感が漂う辺りも居心地の良さです。

深夜帯の時間でしたが、わりと席も埋まり賑わってました。
注文は
シェフの気まぐれサラダ 600円
リブロースステーキ 200g 1,800円
お通しはサルサの効いたトマトソースとパンを
続いて気まぐれサラダ
生ハム、レタスなどがシーザー風のドレッシングで和えられた1品
優しい味わいのサラダです。
そしてメインのステーキが登場。
鉄板でアツアツに焼き上げられたリブロースはバター、塩、タレの組み合わせでいただきます。
噛みごたえ十分の肉質、安定してます。
