I visited Bistro Carlos, which was located at Shimoakatsuka Station, which is very close to my parents' house but I have never gotten off the train! The owner, like a sommelier, served everything from sparkling to heavy red as if it were a pairing! All of the dishes were delicious, but I would like to highlight the Angus beef Steak which was especially delicious! I usually eat Kobe beef, but the Angus was chewy and I could eat it all up.It's close to my hometown, so I'd like to use it again soon! Thank you for the meal :)
