Japanese Soba Noodles 蔦さんは代々木上原駅にある、超有名店ですね。
むかし、巣鴨にあるときから「ミシュランに掲載された」という話を聞いていてずっと行ってみたいと思っていたお店です。ただ、物凄い行列、と聞いていたため足が遠のいていたうちに・・・移転されたようで遂に行ってました。
オーダーしたのは、「味玉醤油Soba」（1,310円）です。
店に入ってから溢れる気品、そしてスープを一飲みしたときの幸せ感、流石ラーメンなのにミシュランに選ばれる訳ですね…
ただ、、、拉麺はやはり1000円以内で味あわせて頂けること願います(*´з`)
いつかまた必ず行ってみようと思います、ごちそうさまでした！
