My favorite Bistro Tama has been for a long time. I like the stylish exterior and interior design (the interior is simple but somehow fashionable and calming), the owner's personality, and the food is stylish, original, and delicious, and it's easy for even a woman to come in alone. The sake is delicious because the owner is very knowledgeable (probably) about it! That was my favorite part. I used to like wine and drink it often, so I guess I'm particular about wine? I had refrained from eating out during the coronavirus pandemic, and since the restaurant basically serves alcohol and food, a drink seemed expensive to me as an unemployed person (the cheapest is around 700 yen), and I was able to find a place to go for lunch. Because of this, I don't use local shops or shops that serve alcohol much anymore, and somehow I haven't been there for about 3 years! I used to be a nuisance to the store by entering the store even though I only had one glass of wine, but I was still grateful that she chose the wine for me without making a bad face. Mr. Tama serves a lot of Game Meat Dishes, but he has rarely eaten Game Meat Dishes (there are many other dishes besides gibier), and he has never ordered many dishes. So reviews are not helpful. There is a slight time lag between when the alcohol is served and when the cold plate is served, probably because the food is prepared after the alcohol is served. The cold plate came soon and the menu was explained one by one. The ingredients are different from the last time I ordered it, and it looks beautiful and very tasty. It's perfect as an accompaniment to wine. As for the plate menu...she explained it to me, but I forgot. All I remember is the blue cheese with strawberries on top...I had finished drinking the sparkling wine halfway through, so I asked for more white wine. There is a wine menu, but I always leave it up to you. hot? cold? When I told him it was hot, he said it was refreshing and chose Sauvignon Blanc. It was very delicious. The bill is 2600 yen. Actually, the other customers would probably order this as an appetizer and a main dish, but I didn't have any money so I stopped here. I was suffering from a fear of doctors, so I was able to spend a nice afternoon talking with the friendly owner who only drank alcohol. thank you very much.
