ほんのりと生姜の香りがスープからして中太のちぢれ麺がスープとからんで美味。
鶏チャーシューは皮の部分が香ばしく炙ってありアクセントになってます。
個人的には追生姜が出来れば嬉しいですが、もっと生姜を強く出してもいい気もします。
煮干し酢も味変化を楽しめる一品ですし、とても満足しました。
