平日の19:25に飛び込みで利用しました。
地下鉄「千石駅」から徒歩約5分、白山通り沿いにある居酒屋です。
巣鴨に本店を置く「魚枡グループ」の4店目として2019年8月にオープン。
多彩なお酒と煮込みを始めとする料理が売りなのであります。
店内は総席数32席 の小型店舗。
厨房に1名、ホールに1名の総勢2名で切り盛りしていました。
今回オーダーしたのは以下の品々。

客筋は地元衆。
客の入りは約2割。
女性比率は約2割。
ちなみに訪問時点の食べログ評価点は3.02です。
オープンから145日目で調度品が新しく気持ちよいのが加点要素。
キャッシュオンリーなのと〆のメニューが無いのが減点要素。(近隣の人気ラーメン店「生姜は文化」に寄ってしまった... (-_-;)
お通しが出ないのは賛否両論です。
