今回も友人と巣鴨探索へ。
見つけたのは日本酒居酒屋。
今回いただいたのは、
霜降り馬刺し、あじのなめろう、出汁増し玉子、あじフライ、
梅水晶、エイヒレ焼き、長芋ポテトフライ、レバニラ、塩ホルモン焼きそば。
和系のお料理メニューの幅が広く、
どれも美味しくて結構食べてしまいました。
レギュラーメニューとは別に日替わり？季節？に
応じたメニューも多く旬の食材をいただけました。
特に美味しかったのは「あじフライ」「エイヒレ」です。
「あじフライ」
とても大きく今まで出会ったあじフライの中でダントツ。
しかも厚くふっくら、おろし醤油でいただきました。
こちらは必食の一品です！
「エイヒレ」
純米酒で漬けているらしく炙ったことにより
普通のエイヒレとは違うほのかな甘い香りがふぁ～っと。
お酒のつまみに最適です。
「塩ホルモン焼きそば」
〆に注文。ネギたっぷりのっていて、
レモンをしぼってさっぱりしつこくない一品でした。
ここまでにかなり食べていたのですが、
さっぱりしていたので何だかんだ完食しました笑
料理もさることながらスタッフの方の対応もとても良く、家の近くにあったら日常的に行ってしまいそうな居酒屋でした。
