Our proud ``Japanese yam'' is delivered directly from ``Senchan FARM'' in Mihara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, where the owner is from. Please enjoy the unique strong stickiness and deep flavor of our "freshly ground" coffee, which is grown in natural underground water rich in minerals, with careful attention to soil preparation. We use only ``first-class rice'' carefully selected by Mr. Shibuya, a 5-star master of ``Edo's rice brewery,'' and carefully cook it in a Hagama pot after receiving your order. Enjoy the aroma and luster of freshly cooked food.
