比較的最近、王子にできたお店。外観は民家を店舗に改装した感じです。中に入ると・・・梁とかをみると・・・うん、造りは民家ですね。ただその民家の造りや距離感をうまく利用してアットホームな雰囲気にされています。
こちらは牛肉と豚肉を主体にした居酒屋という言い方が正しいのでしょうか。生に近いものからハンバーグなど徹底的に調理したものまで多様なジャンルの肉料理を堪能することができます。特段あまり考えずに食欲にまかせてクレソンのナムル、大辛！貝のチャンジャ、幻のミンチ牛とろバーグ、ローストビーフの塩ユッケ、日替り ホルモン３種焼（たれ・塩・おまかせ）、新鮮！牛ハツのごま塩レアー焼を注文しました。いずれも味の強弱がしっかりしていて、たくさんの肉の味を堪能することができ満足でした。またドリンクの印象としては他と比べて洋酒のスピリッツ系が充実しているようでリッキーなどジンをベースにしたものやウォッカをベースにしたドリンクが多いのが印象的でした。このスピリッツ系が意外に肉料理にあっており、普通であればこんだけ食べれば胸焼けすることもあるでしょうが、ドリンクのドライさが幸いして食が進みます。日本酒やビールもあるのでもちろんそちらもありだとは思いますが、洋酒スピリッツ系がこんなに肉にあうというのは新しい発見でした。
これからも何度かいってみて開拓してみたいお店の一つになりました。
