目的のお蕎麦屋さんがお休みでした。
これは困ったと近くで探すと、ありました十割蕎麦のお店。
けっこう地元の人で混んでいました。
お昼に二人で来店。
メニューを見ると蕎麦前もけっこうありました。
とりあえず出汁巻き卵焼きは初めてのお蕎麦屋さんでは押さえておくことにしています。
見た目の形が初めて! 丸い形!
出汁が効いていて美味しいです。
二色蕎麦はせいろとゴマ切りでした。
せいろは白っぽい十割そばで歯ごたえがいい。
お汁は濃い口で好きなタイプです。
ゴマ切りは黒ごまがところどころに入っているがあまりゴマ感はない。
ゴマだれせいろは濃厚なゴマだれが癖になる旨さ。
甘さが少ないタイプでコクがある。
