The meat with exquisite marbling is irresistible.
I went with my husband on 12/20. When I was thinking of going to a local Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, I saw a sign for ``Ushishi'' that I had seen on the internet, so I decided to go there. The atmosphere inside the store is calm. Each table has a high partition, so you can maintain your private space and relax. I ordered an assortment of 4 types of Yakiniku (Grilled meat), assorted offal, namul, kimchi, and Cold Noodles to finish. The 4-course platter that day was ribs, thick-sliced Cow tongue, skirt steak, and loin. The ribs, skirt steak, and loin have nice marbling and melt in your mouth. I don't like it to be too greasy, so I thought it would be okay for ribs, but when I ate it with rock salt, it didn't leave a lingering taste in my mouth and it was delicious. The loin and skirt steak had a delicious flavor that filled your mouth. The offal is made with shimacho, heart, and mino mixed with miso sauce, but it's not too rich and you won't get tired of it. Unfortunately, because the partitions between each table were high, I couldn't see the staff from my seat, and it was difficult to say ``Excuse me'' in the quiet restaurant, making it difficult to order more. I think I wanted ping pong on the table. However, I was very satisfied. I'll bother you again.

2回目の訪問です。前回オーダーした盛り合わせ、こんなに高かった？7000円位だった気がするけど1万円超え。
それで、今回は単品で注文しました。上ハラミ×2、薄切り上タン、上カルビ、クーポンの上ミノ、ナムル盛り合わせとキムチ盛り合わせ、冷麺、レモンサワー×2とウーロンハイ。
タンは薄切りをサッと炙った感じが好きで、岩塩を少し載せて食べるのが私流。
ハラミは柔らかくジューシー。タレと絡めて大満足です。上ミノはコリっとした食感がたまりません。
これで17000円。普通なのか高いのか。
でも、スポーツ選手御用達のお店やJ苑より高い。
味に雰囲気やサービス込みのこのお値段って分かってるけど、私には普段使いはできないかな。何かの記念日やご褒美向けかな。
でも、最後に出てきた熱いお茶。心憎いですね。
