It is said that the ``500g UP'' size of the black-throat we offer is less than 1% of the total catch of black-throat at Hamada Fishing Port in Shimane Prefecture. Primitive grilling using Bincho charcoal is the most delicious cooking method for Nodoguro. Please enjoy it.
