A restaurant where you can enjoy exquisite blowfish dishes such as ``Tessa'' and ``Tecchiri'' made with domestically produced tiger blowfish that are delivered swimming. This time I went during the day, so I ordered the reasonably priced lunch menu, ``Fugu Meshi Gozen'' (990 yen). The main course was an exquisite bowl of rice topped with fillets of domestic tiger blowfish, skin sashimi, yam, and grated konbu kelp mixed with egg and dashi stock. The plump and soft fillet of blowfish and the impressive texture of the skin sashimi went well with the melty yam and it was delicious. The deep-fried pufferfish dipped in a secret sauce was also delicious and the meat was fluffy. The lunch menu was a good deal as you could eat puffer fish at a reasonable price.
