At our restaurant, we are particular about quality and freshness, and offer carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef. One of our most recommended dishes is ``Zabuton,'' a shoulder loin with an impressively marbled core. It is a precious part that can only be harvested from a single cow, about 3 to 4 kg, and is the most marbled of all Wagyu beef. The meat is very tender and has a good flavor, and when you bite into it, the flavor is overflowing! You'll definitely be addicted to it once you try it!
