During lunch time on a sunny day, you can see Tokyo Skytree(R), Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge, Mt. Fuji, etc. The restaurant's name, Tapi Rouge, ``Red Carpet,'' was chosen to represent celebrations and hospitality. We will create a time for you and your loved ones.
