北千住にある海鮮丼ランチが有名なさかなや市場食堂の2店舗目。こちらは別邸。半個室とカウンターで、高級ライン。
11000円おまかせコースの内容やいかに。
▪️料理。ドリンク。味。
茶碗蒸し
毛蟹が驚くほど入っている。味付けは、濃いと感じる手前くらい。
とらふぐの白子。赤酢のシャリと。
これが過去最高に美味しい白子。こんな美味しいのか。
刺身
塩釜の天然本鮪。ねっとり。じっくり、ぎゅうっと舌に溶けていく感じ。これが天然か。全く別物。わさびの辛味も吸収してくほど。
ヒラメのえんがわと、明石の真鯛も美味しい。
焼き は太刀魚
これも今まで食べたことないくらい、ふわふわ。そしてあぶらは濃厚。
強肴 常陸牛のヒレ
淡雪塩が不思議な食感。そして添えてある山椒が驚くほど美味しい。これと肉の旨みが奇跡の組み合わせ。
イワシとガリの巻物。
素晴らしい流れ。さっぱりとしてるけど、イワシのあぶらのノリは最高。
のどぐろの煮付け。
これも煮付けの味わいちょうど良い。

ここでお寿司出してもらえるのは、ほんとにすごい。
▪️雰囲気。外観。店内。
カウンターと半個室。個室は4人テーブルが2つ並んでるので、これ4人までだと、2組で分けて使うと思われる。

この素材の良さでこの値段なら納得なのでは。港区でだと倍でもおかしくない。(知らんけど)
今日の教訓。経験を繋げてストーリーにすると説得力が増す。
