北千住駅西口から警察署の方へ行き藝大の前からミリオン通りに入ってまっすぐ行くと右側にあるお店。土日休日の夜にやってきた。先客はけっこういたと思う。家族連れが多かった印象。仕切られていて分からなかった。店内は手前にカウンター、奥にテーブルがあるみたいだ。
注文したのは
サヴォワ、アプルモン、キュヴェ、ガストロノミーのグラス750円。前菜盛り合わせハーフ1200円。聖護院かぶらとアンチョビ400円。アタラクシアシャルドネのグラス1000円。お通し300円。（税抜）
良かった感想は
お店の場所、雰囲気ともに穴場ではあると思う。また接客も良かったと思う。
このお店はワインが好きな人が行くと気に入るかなと感じた。ワインの種類も多いし手書きでワインの特徴なんかも書いてあって分かりやすかった。
さて味の方はというと、略すがガストロノミーはとてもすっきりしていてどんどん飲めてしまうぐらい飲みやすかった。アタラクシアは飲み終わりにナッツの香りがあがってきて面白かった。こちらの方がボディが効いていて好きだった。
前菜盛り合わせは色んなジビエの肉を用いてハムやサラミなどが並ぶ。アールグレイで香りづけしたりと手が込み種類豊富で面白い。また猪や羊など特有の香りもふんわりだがあり楽しかった。
聖護院かぶらはとても甘くなっていて美味しかった。
思ったマイナス点は
料理は全体的に少しオイリーすぎるかなと思った。お通しの大山鶏のコンソメスープと聖護院かぶらとアンチョビどちらでもそんな印象だった。
また前菜の盛り合わせが種類豊富で楽しいのだが、ハムとかの加工のものの場合、お肉本来の味わいよりも塩気の方があり、たしかに違うんだけれどもけっこう変化が分かりづらいと思った。
塩気に関しては前菜もそうだがアンチョビも相当強かった印象。だがワインをメインとするならそれぐらいオイリーで塩気があった方がいいのかな？
ワイン好きの人には合うのかもしれないが個人的にはあまり合わなかった。
