Obanzai-style small plates with a wide variety of additive-free homemade ham and seasonal vegetables, including ham, salsiccia, terrine, and pancetta. Each piece of homemade ham is carefully prepared and has an authentic taste that goes well with wine, beer, and whisky. Generally, charcuterie is made with pork, but at our restaurant you can also enjoy rare items made with duck, lamb, etc.
