白ワインは珍しくリースリングをば
ヘアゴッツ トレブヒェン ガビネット
リースリング、とりわけドイツのは
甘口というイメージがあるけど
こちらは比較的辛口なやつなんや
ミネラルを感じる味わいや←ﾎﾝﾏか？w
この手の店としては珍しく
お通しが先に提供される。
ピジョン(鳩)のスープとな？
アスパラと梅肉が入っていて
これが550円なのは納得。
チーズは二片やったけど
ドライフルーツも付いとる。
やはりちゃんとしたドライフルーツは旨い。
そしてチーズはハードタイプを選択したけど
リースリングとの相性も良かった。
赤ワインはシチリアを代表するセパージュ
ネロダーヴォラなんやね
果実味豊富でタンニンも感じるもまろやかで
深みがある味わいやな←ﾎﾝﾏｶ？
メインは頼まなかったけど
もしも頼むなら早目がええ鴨
なぜならば調理に時間がかかるねん
ここの看板メニューのひとつでもある
シャルキュトリーを頼んだ
霧島産の豚肉のロース、自家製パンチェッタジローラモ
、魚肉マリネハム、鴨の胸肉の燻製
そしてサラミ二種
ひとつはイカスミで黒いやつ
それぞれの味わいもまったく異なるのに
どれも赤ワインとの相性が頗るよろしい。
鴨の燻製は火を入れてないから
じっくり時間をかけて作られたのだろう。
イカスミサラミもイカの風味も感じられる。
ピクルスについては後述
支払いは5,000円以下やとカードは使えないが
現金以外にPayPay使えるで
訪問時3.07とな？そんなことはない内容やった。
ここのシャルキュトリーは自家製やし
ピクルスもかなりの完成度やった。
アラカルトの値段は少し高いから
コースでいただくのが一番ええ鴨な
