観光地の老舗の鰻屋さんと言った感じ
鰻自体の味と言うより、タレの旨味が強すぎて
肝吸いと併せて、多分旨味調味料
お新香に至っては紛れもない業務用。
接客もひどくて観光地だからやっていける
と言うレベルでした。
