Seafood is purchased directly from Itoigawa Nou fishing port in Niigata, without going through Toyosu. In addition to enjoying the freshest seafood from the Sea of Japan, including renko sea bream and cod sashimi, we also order fish from all over the country according to their season, such as star anise from Hokkaido, yellowtail from Iwate, and eyed sea bream from Nagasaki. In addition, the dried fish related to the store's name are popular, such as shishamoya hatata, dried overnight, and sometimes stocked with red bean sardines from Iwate and rice bran sardines from Niigata. Enjoy the hot food that has been carefully roasted by our craftsmen to bring out the flavor.

We have over 16 types of local sake to go with our sashimi and dried fish. In addition to the standard Hakkaisan and Sawanoi, we also have seasonal products such as Hiyaoroshi in the fall and new sake in the winter. Please enjoy our ever-changing lineup. We also have brand shochu such as Kurokoji Shikomi Sato, Tominohozan, and Tenshi no Yuwaku. Of these, the draft beer that receives the most orders has a very high turnover, so it is as fresh as our fish!
