この日のランチは、無性に魚が食べたくて、この店を訪問。
これまで夜の部には何度か訪問してますが、ランチは、たぶん初めて。
選択したメニューは、ホッケ干物ご膳。ご飯は白米ではなく、雑穀米。
茶を飲んでいると、配膳されました。
眼の前にして驚いたのは、ホッケの大きさです。超ビックサイズ！
最近は、どの店でもチンケなホッケが闊歩してますが、この日、この店のホッケは驚くべき大きさ‼️ 但し、肉厚はフツーかな。
巨大なホッケは、おっさんの腹をトコトン満たしてくれ、文句なし。
但し、残念無念だったのは味噌汁。
なんともヌルい。
味噌汁の旨さの構成要素として、最も基本のところです。
もっと熱く提供しなくちゃ。
ホッケの美味しさは3.3でしたが、トータルとしては残念ながら、3.0ですな。
